Bright gold colour with emerald tinges. Aromas of pale fleshed fruit mixed with honey and enhanced by a beautiful minerality. Refreshing, lively and well-balanced. Good structure enhanced by a delicate minerality. Good persistence. To be enjoyed with charcuterie and poultry as well as some cheeses (comte, goats cheeses). Soil: Mix of clay and limestone. Site: On the hill in the heart of Cote Chalonnaise, the 'terroirs' of Rully are perfectly suited for Chardonnay.
