CHANSON PERE & FILS - Bourgogne Chardonnay 2004 75cl Bottle

Site Maconnais, Cote d'Or and more specifically Cote de Beaune with a part of the harvest of young vines of the Domaine. The vintage 2005: exceptionnal after a superb growing season - cold winter and rainy spring followed by a hot and dry summer. Grapes picked at optimum ripeness and in perfect health, hence minimum sorting was required. Pale gold colour. Floral fragrances mixed with exotic notes enhanced by a delicate minerality. Very fresh, well-structured and well-balanced. A lot of charm. Serve with paté, fish and 'charcuterie' as well as some goat cheeses.
