The Bischöfliche Weingüter the largest vineyard owner in the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer region, with holdings in many of the finest and most famous vineyards sites. This Spätlese has an appealing minerally nose with an integrated, classy lime and grapefruit edge with some honeyed sweetness. The palate is delicate but still richly textured and lovely refreshing acidity provides a beautiful balance.
