A manzanilla sherry. Very pale straw yellow. Balanced, very light and dry. Pungent and delicate, with a notable aroma of 'flor'. A wine produced by this method combines the results of many harvests. The length of time for which it has been matured can be estimated at about 3 years. Like all wines made from white grapes, it is advisable to consume within one year of purchase. Serve chilled. Optimum temperature : 4 degrees - 10 degrees C. Serve in a sherry 'catavino' or tulip-shaped glass, to appreciate best its delicate aroma. Ideal to accompany all kinds of aperitives such as cheese, nuts, etc.
