DAVID TRAEGER - Shiraz 2001 75cl Bottle

This is a medium weight wine of concentrated fruit and attractive oak and grape tannins, balanced by an excellent natural acid level. The wine displays dark cherry and truffle-like aromas, and earthy flavours which are complimented by subtle oak. Enjoy with hearty meat-based dishes like Osso Bucco. Ideally allow some cellaring with a further 5 - 7 years of maturation. Fruit for this wine is grown at David Traeger's Nagambie Lakes vineyard.
