ALTOZANO - Tempranillo 2005 75cl Bottle

The Tempranillo goes through its alcoholic and malolatic fermentation in tank. 10% of the wine is aged in a mixture of French, American and Hungarian oak barrels for three months. Oak 3 months in a mixture of 225 and 500l French, American and Hungarian oak barrels. Vibrant plum colour. Expressive, with black cherry, raspberry and chocolate on the nose with well integrated, soft tannins. Ideal with pizza, pasta with tomato sauces, and red meats.
