Laurent Perrier has become one of the great Champagne names by achieving a consistently high standard. This delightful wine has a pale golden colour and fine citrus notes in the bouquet, confirmed on the palate, followed by a slight yeastiness and some biscuity flavours. Like all good champagne it has an exhilarating finish. This Brut NV is a blend of 45% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier.
