Sweet light malt , honey and a trace of peppermint on the nose. A drop or two of water brings out a citrus note and opens up the honey and heather. Light and pretty on the palate with white chocolate and tantalizing mint in the background. With water the white chocolate and vanilla step forward. The dry, somewhat woody finish has anise and heat. Water emphasizes the anise and tames the heat.
