Some briny/salty notes. Drfitwood. Rounding chocolate and toffee flavours. With water: Nose: Earthy and herbal aromas combined with the sherry wood character. Hints of gorse and a touch of lavender. Palate: Sweet, earthy flavours with sherry wood and fruity notes developing. Touch of camphor. Body: Full, rounded. Finish: Hints of sherry, rounded. Cask Type: First fill sherry butt.
