MANNOCHMORE - 22 Year Old 70cl Bottle

History. The Mannochmore Distillery, situated south of Elgin, is next door to its older sister, Glenlossie. Both distilleries operate on a rotating basis with the same staff and using the same ingredients. Surprisingly both malts are different in style and are seldom bottled as a single malt. Built in 1971, Mannochmore is the youngest of the two distilleries. Most of its production is used for blending. Tasting Notes. Nose: Fragrant, flowery, grassy, rounded and fruity. Flavour. Smooth and well balanced. Light peat, sweet edge developing, candy floss. Finish. Chewy and spicy.
