Domaine Le Hitton nestles in the heart of rural Gascony. Here the Job family was one of the first to produce crisp dry whites in the area. Thanks to the estate's gentle slopes the vines stay nice and thirsty helping to create zippy concentrated flavour. From its location off the beaten track this white blends the regions' leading varieties to create a superb aperitif. Colombard the traditional grape of the region produces delicious fresh green-apple flavour - whilst Sauvignon brings a grassier crispness and Ugni Blanc adds a little depth. Vibrant gooseberry and lemongrass aromas with a hint of grapefruit. Elegant with grassy green apple character and intense citrusy freshness. Irresistible on its own it's a top choice for parties too. Serve chilled with vegetable quiche creamy pasta or light hors d'oeuvres.
