Chateau Frederic 2004 WHITE France

This lovely family estate has a long tradition of winemaking. Lying in the Entre-deux-Mers town of Pujols its 22 hectares produce only tiny volumes of this complex exotic white Bordeaux. For Chateau Frederic Monsieur Arino's favourite citrus-charged Sauvignon Blanc is given richness and depth with oak-fermented Semillon. "Pale gold with intensely lemony aromas and exotic spice notes. Ripe favours with vibrant citrus fruit and complex toasty spice. Excellent with garlic roasted chicken salmon en croute or creamy pasta."
