As zesty Semillon and rich Chardonnay combine to prove that the whole is more than the sum of the parts! Award-winning local winemaker David Thompson helped a band of top Murray River grape growers bottle this sublime white themselves ensuring their pristine grapes would not be blended away to improve the identikit wines of a nearby big brand. Thanks to a long warm summer their grapes ripened fully making for deliciously ripe citrus and tropical fruit flavours. Yellow gold in the glass with bright aromas of melon peach and apricots followed by a ripe mouthful of melon lemon and kiwi fruit. Excellent aperitif and great with seafood or poultry.
