The brothers insist upon using first-class techniques to make their wines. The grapes for this white were handpicked in the cool morning and then cool-fermented to retain their flavour and freshness. Bright lemon in colour with delicate notes of almonds fresh melon and enticing spice. Citrusy on the palate and filled with apple flavours and a hint of aromatic herbs. Delicious on its own or served with asparagus seafood or simply cold chicken.
