"2004 is a cracking vintage for Loire Chenin...they are so rich and full of character" enthuses our buyer Abi Hirshfeld. Winemaker Michael Andri adds a dash of Chardonnay (traditional to the area) to enrich his wine with a luxuriously creamy texture and the moment Abi tasted the final blend blend she knew the deliciously ripe flavours would be an instant hit. An aromatic nose of fresh apples and floral notes leads to a palate rich with tropical fruit flavours. Perfectly balanced by a zip of citrussy acidity.
