Locals have long known that the quality of their fruit grown in tiny plots was good enough to make world-class wines BUT it wasn't until 2007 when they pooled their very finest grapes that it's been possible. Deliciously fresh and packed with Sauvignon-like character - Torrontes has a dedicated following amongst many wine lovers. Bone-dry and tangy with a rounded hint of spice on the finish it's the perfect accompaniment to seafood.
