The Amasimi Kelder Byekorf Hoek Semillon 2006 WHITE South Africa

Amasimi means vineyard land in the local Xhosa dialect and expresses the cellars fundamental belief in creating wines that are a true expression of the region they come from within the Cape. A really lovely Semillon with pronounced fragrance of lemons and bees wax and impressively intense yet lively flavours of grapefruit and lemon cream. Serve with grilled fish veiner schnitzel or a Chinese-style lemon chicken dish.
