This is Australian winemaking boutique style. It's made from hand-picked fruit from prime sites across the prestigious McLaren Vale and is fermented in new one-year old and two-year old barrels. Perfectionist winemakers Linda Domas and Steve Brunato oversee every single stage. Light gold colour and aromas of white flowers and apricots. Premium grape varieties and finest barrels create a perfect balance between ripe tropical fruit flavours and subtle toasty oak. Perfect with pan-fried scallops or sea-bass.
