Their elegant white combines classic Chardonnay with a touch of the Macabeo grape - one of the main varieties used in white Rioja - to give a distinctly Spanish style. Intense pear and apple flavours are lifted by crisp lemon and juicy orange. Deliciously light and minerally on the finish ... fantastic with fish.
