Ramirez de Velazco Chardonnay 2004 WHITE Argentina

Argentina's Famatina Valley is so remote you have to travel north from Buenos Aires for hours and hours to get there ... but it's worth the trip as you'll taste with this deliciously ripe Chardonnay from the region's top winery. The winery have won a number of awards including one for this excellent Chardonnay. Given the amount of flavour they pack into it(but still manage to keep the price so incredibly low) it's no wonder. In the glass it's generously ripe with tropical fruit flavours enlivened by a thrilling twist of citrus fruit. A touch of oak gives extra richness and makes it perfect with grilled chicken or light meals.
