Michel et Didier Lamblin 'Fleur d'Acacia' 2005 WHITE France

The Lamblin family domaine dates way back to 1690 - so they've plenty of experience in producing top-class Chablis. 2005 was a "great Chablis vintage" to quote Decanter magazine who awarded it five stars. Fleur d'Acacia shows the sheer concentration of citrus and mineral flavours characteristic of 2005 Chablis together with an aromatic "feminine" quality as Michel Lamblin puts it.
