This thrilling Chablis rarity is from one of the region's great names the award-winning Lamblin family. The highly sought after Fleur d'Acacia is their flagship cuvee produced from a single site of just four hectares (tiny by any region's standards). Father-to-son vignerons since 1690 the family also own vines in several Grand Cru sites and so bring first class winemaking expertise (12 generations of it) to this delicious 2004 ... a vintage already rated classic by those in the know and this quality means it will age well. Delightfully crisp with green apple and mineral notes and the distinctive acacia blossom of a very special parcel of vines. Outstanding as an aperitif or first-rate seafood partner.
