Los Rosales Sauvignon Blanc 2007 WHITE Chile

Now in its sixth generation Los Rosales sets the precedent for winemaking in Chile. Already responsible for a large chunk of the country's wine production its owners are setting their sights even higher with further investment in the latest winemaking technologies. Founded in 1824 by Don Gregorio Ossa the estate is blessed with abundant sunshine - perfect for ripening grapes - and a ready supply of water from the natural Andean snowmelt. This vibrant white has all the fruit character of a Kiwi Sauvignon at a fraction of the price. Pristine aromas of gooseberry apple and cut grass are balanced with bags of zesty freshness. Perfect as an aperitif or with a light goats cheese salad.
