Originally a tip-off from an old friend in Sancerre Les Martinets is the work of skilled winemaker Jean-Francois Trouve. "Wonderfully refreshing white awash with racy citrus and classic grassy flavours. A lovely accompaniment to goat's cheese salad or fresh salmon steaks."
