Made by expert Loire winemaker Jacques Antione Toublanc from vineyards around Saumur a picturesque medieval town in the Loire Valley's wine heartland. Les Careilles spends a year in cool deep limestone cellars beneath the town to allow the fruit and mineral flavours to develop without any lossfreshness. Superb with grilled or poached fish dishes.
