Staff returning from Chile are effusive in their praise for Tarapaca. "You must try this" they implored so we did again ... and again! You couldn't wish for a riper more delicious Chardonnay. Subtly oaked for added depth and complexity and bursting with fruit flavour thanks to "an outstanding vintage" (Wine Spectator). Great choice for any occasion. Fresh pear melon and mango flavours subtle spice and citrussy acidity make for superb balance and purity of texture. A luxurious aperitif and the perfect accompaniment to rich chicken and pasta dishes.
