Gamage Sauvignon is a triumph we're all very proud of here at The Club. The name evokes fond memories stretching back to the 70s when 'Gamage' wines were the perfect introduction to quality Bordeaux. Each year exclusive cuvees were selected by Club President Hugh Johnson and a senior wine-buying panel at a tasting of hundreds of wines from our network of contacts in local village cellars. For well over a decade Gamage was Members' first-choice Bordeaux. And now it's back ... Mouthwatering leap-from-the-glass Sauvignon aromas of citrus and cut-grass and a refreshing zesty mouthful - citrus again - with softer white fruit flavours and a fuller almost creamy edge which makes it excellent with seafood and summer salads.
