Grown in vineyards that lie over 1000 metres above sea level the grapes benefit from plentiful sunshine during the day and cool temperatures at night which allows them to ripen perfectly. Bursting with intense passion fruit and lemon aromas leading into a zesty lingering finish. Fantastic on its own or partnered with fresh seafood.
