Step forward John Casella a winemaking genius we first met more than a decade ago when he was at Sam Trimboli's 250-medal-a-year Riverina Estate. Now he's running the family winery where he has a small vineyard of specially planted Pinot Grigio vines from which he crafts this thirst-quenching gem. Apple pear and lime aromas and floral notes too. Lovely and round with tangy citrus and grapefruit flavours. Totally dry with complex minerally notes. The perfect partner for aromatic Thai dishes. Rich concentrated but be warned ... very little to go round so get in quick.
