Fresh mouthfilling and thoroughly delicious its everything an Aussie white should be Award-winning local winemaker David Thompson combines zesty Semillon and rich Chardonnay to prove that the whole is more than the sum of the parts! Thanks to pristine grapes that would otherwise be blended away to improve the identikit wines of a nearby big brand this wine is super-ripe and supremely fresh. Yellow gold in the glass with bright aromas of melon peach and apricots followed by deliciously ripe citrus and tropical fruit flavours. Excellent aperitif and great with seafood or poultry.
