Founded in 1885 by Edouard Langlois and wife Jeanne Chateau (hence Langlois-Chateau not Chateau Langlois!) the estate has managed to hang on to its family character producing award-winning fizz. The Bollinger team showers attention on this rose - carefully handpicking Cabernet Franc grapes from low-yielding vines and gently pressing them to retain maxium flavour and light colour.
