Cour des Consuls is a classic found only in this corner of France made in hobby-like quantities by a winemaker who is a cult figure to rose specialists Jean-Pierre Chanteraud. Almost every bottle of his mouth-watering wine is snapped up by Toulouse's most stylish restaurants. Fabulously rich colour with fresh strawberries and cream perfume and a really juicy red berry palate finishing refreshing and pure.
