Chateau Prat de Cest Rose 2006 ROSE France

Set in the heart of Corbieres this juicy fruit-filled and elegant pink comes from the hamlet. Chateau Prat de Cest has been owned by the Saumade family since 1803 but dates from medieval times. The Romans were so taken with the wines from these steep rocky sun-drenched hills that they regularly transported them back to Rome. Today their wines are more popular than ever. This delicious rose is handcrafted from succulent Grenache and spicy Syrah - picked early in the morning to give lovely fresh flavours.
