Delicious rare pink Champagne coup - from the magnificent Chateau de Bligny. Only a miniscule amount of this exquisite wine is made and it is usually snapped up by in-the-know locals and top Paris restaurants. But this year we've finally managed to secure a small parcel ... not nearly as much as we'd like though so speedy ordering is an absolute must. Explosive aromas of ripe red berries. Fresh and lively with a very fine mousse and a satisfying long finish. A luxurious apeitif and superb partner for fresh seafood. Enjoy to 2009.
