The phrase 'quality obsessed' might have been coined for Bruno so it's no surprise the Pinot Noir grapes used here are entirely hand-harvested and repeatedly sorted before making the cut. The final wine is then aged to perfection in underground cellars. Soft salmon pink with enticing Summer fruit aromas and a silky persistent mousse of raspberries strawberries and cream.
