The family-owned chateau is one of the overachieving estates in the Premiere Cotes de Blaye an appellation that's a real insider's tip for seriously good affordable claret. At 45-years-old the family's vines are much older than the regional average ... and in 2005 these prized heirlooms yielded even richer deeper flavours than usual.
