Chateau d'Aiguilhe 2003 RED France

Wow this is really impressive now. Full-bodied with a wonderful core of fruit with superfine tannins and a fabulous length. Unbelievable for this estate. 92-94. (Wine Spectator) What more can we say? This tiny estate groomed by Comte Stephen von Niepperg of La Mondotte and Canon la Gaffelliere has outperformed the rest of its appellation - and indeed most of Saint-Emilion and Pomerol! Exceptionally fine value.
