Deep dark colour with garnet edges. The nose is rich and has lush black fruit and complex oak aromas. The palate shows good structure and youth firm tannins with overtones of mature fruit and balanced style with lovely length. Serve with breast of wood pigeon or other feathered game a hearty lamb paella or even just a simple steak and kidney pudding.
