Much of the fruit comes from the Baroncinis' own immaculate vineyards (the family hopes to buy more but it's a slow process - that's why Stefano values your long-term support so highly). Winemakers in Tuscany for more than 500 years the Baroncini family's historic cellar lies beneath the ancient towers of San Gimignano. This traditionally made and patiently aged Chianti is very much in keeping with its proud heritage. "Vibrant with intense aromas of red berries violet and spicy oak. Layered with succulent bramble fruit flavours creamy oak and the smoothest tannins. Superb with light game dishes."
