Our old friend award-winning Ramon Roqueta oversaw every detail of this wine using modern techniques (at an historic 800-year-old winery) to get 100% of those classic sun-ripened flavours. As he explains: "When I went to look at the vines in the midday heat I found fruit so black and heavy ... ready to fall off the vine ... when we picked the fruit was warm to the touch." And deliciously ripe fruit means mouthfilling velvety richness.
