A very special release from premium McLaren Vale fruit & paying hommage to the talent of Justin Lane the inspiration at RedHeads ... and wone those 95 points ("a winemaking force - must be tasted to be belived") from super-critic Robert Parker. Having worked for the very top names Justin is mates with elite McLaren Vale growers - snaffling a handful of grapes here a handful there. Justin reckons it helped that these guys saw him arrive in a clapped out 1966 Ford Falcon Sedan ("Lane must be doing it tough - let's look after him with some grapes") Justin has paid tribute to his beloved wreck with this full-throttle velvety Shiraz. Luxurious oak adds spice to this dense deeply satisfying red - succulent black cherry plum blackberry and dark chocolate. Fantastic stuff!
