Stockman's Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 RED Australia

A knockout combination of peppery Shiraz and blackcurranty Cabernet - velvety smooth with a spiced fruit flavour. Made at Buronga Hill an awesome winery with the latest modern equipment situated on the banks of the might Murray River near Mil dura. As well as making exclusive wines for us owners Simeon Wines also run the premium Yaldara winery in the Barossa. Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon go hand in hand and it was the Aussies that first brought it to the world's attention. This is a lovely example from the concentrated 2006 vintage. Rich ripe berry and plum flavours with plenty of warm spice. Superb with chargrilled steaks and or beef stroganoff.
