We're delighted to have secured the last bottles of this "big smooth warm" (Italian expert Nick Belfrage) Riserva from Sardinia's premier winery that won an 'Oscar' in the 2005 edition of Italy's leading wine guide Almanacco del Berebene. Key to the intensity of flavour is the richly concentrated Carignan fruit hand harvested from low yielding old bush vines ... and then carefully aged in oak barrels. Beautifully structured too thanks to the excellent (and now rare) 2000 vintage. Hurry - final bottles left!
