Made from premium Merlot grapes from the famed Languedoc region of La Clape - which according to Jancis Robinson has "one of the most tasteable terroirs anywhere" - this soft and silken red is brimming with smoky fruit character. Elegant and refined it would be a great partner to roast lamb or herby sausages.
