Made from 100% hand-harvested fruit - picked in the cool morning to retain maximum flavour - this sumptuous red is packed with concentrated red-berry flavours. Classic blackcurrant and mint nose. Vanilla notes and a toasty layer show the gentle oak-ageing giving way to dark chocolate and fruitcake flavours.
