Named in honour of San Martin who liberated Argentina from the Spanish in 1816 this smoky oak-aged Syrah comes from the high altitude vineyards of Mendoza. Nestled in the foothills of the Andes the Mendoza region produces wines with vivid fruit flavours thanks to intense sunshine by day and cool breezes at night.
