Estacion Shiraz Carmenere 2006 RED Chile

A rich fruity blend of Shiraz and Carmenere from a new winery in the heart of the famous Colchagua Valley. The Estacion estate is named after the original valley train station and steam train both of which are standing to this day in the middle of the vineyard! Dark red with peppery black fruit aromas. Intense and smooth in the mouth with ripe fruit flavours and lovely supple texture. Serve with simple tasty dishes such as fine sausages mustard mash and red onion marmalade.
