Sam's devotion shines through in this great new vintage - barrel matured in the darkest receccess of his cellars for a whole year emerging smooth and perfect to enjoy. Great intensity of inky dark colour rich bramble fruit aromas and bags of concentrated black fruit. Complex toasty oak notes (Sam only uses the finest French and US barrels) and ripe velvety tannins. Fantastic with peppered steak.
