The Southern Rhone is acclaimed for its iconic wines. From vineyards in and around Chateauneuf the Champs des Princes evokes the rich reds of its illustrious neighbours - a true Southern Rhone star - yet look at the price! Champs des Princes is made by Ralph Garcin one of the Rhone's most talented young winemakers at the renowned Louis Bernard cellar (much-admired by Robert Parker). Deep ruby colour this old-vine Grenache and Syrah blend has soft round flavours reminiscent of baked fruit with hints of exotic spice and white pepper. A rich treat with traditional Cassoulet or spicy pork sausages.
