Castello Montedoro 2005 RED Italy

Castello Montedoro 2005 RED Italy
Every year Puglia produces more top-quality ripe fruit than anywhere else in Italy. It has attracted attention (and envy) from across the wine world - especially from top-name wineries in northern Italy who are frantically trying to buy property in the area! Talented winemaker Cesare is the third generation of the Colucci family to run the estate. His grandfather bought the winery in 1938 and his ancestors have grown grapes in the region for generations before this. Bright ruby with a spicy red fruit nose with warm herbs and light oak. Ideal with roasted red meats spicy pasta and full flavoured cheese.
